Car Seat Program

Through the Car Seat Program, expectant parents and parents can earn credit during their mentoring sessions towards a new car seat.

Infant Car Seat Program

Vida Support Service Infant Car Seat Program is available to individuals who qualify for Support Services’ traditional parenting program as well as Vida Medical Clinic referrals.

Program participant requirements include:

• Five in-person appointments with a staff member
• Viewing of all five BrightCourse videos
  • Car Seat Safety
  • What is Safe in Pregnancy?
  • Prenatal Care
  • Postpartum Depression
  • Infant Expectations
• One appointment with Vida Medical Clinic nurse about lactation
• One appointment with Vida Medical Clinic nurse about delivery

Toddler Car Seat Program

Vida Support Service Toddler Car Seat Program is available to individuals who qualify for Support Services’ traditional parenting program as well as Vida Medical Clinic referrals.

Program participant requirements include:

• Four in-person appointments with a staff member
• Viewing of BrightCourse videos (at the appointments) on a variety of topics
  • Toddler Safety
  • Toddler Accidents
  • Toddler Illness
  • Toddler Nutrition
  • Bonding with your toddler
  • Other
