Fatherhood isn’t something that happens by accident. It’s a calling that deserves purpose, support, and encouragement. That’s why the Bro-Gram exists: to build strong fathers in a community where they belong, so they can become the men, leaders, and dads they were created to be.
Vida’s Bro-Gram is a free program for expectant dads and fathers of children ages 0-3. Through practical resources, mentorship from experienced fathers, and meaningful group activities, Bro-Gram helps dads navigate early fatherhood with greater confidence and purpose, all while building connections with other men who are on the journey alongside them.
A strong dad isn’t made in a moment. He is built over time. He keeps showing up.
A strong dad needs a strong community. You don’t have to figure this out alone.
A strong dad is always becoming. He learns from today. He grows for tomorrow.
Meet monthly one-on-one with an experienced father who’s there to listen, encourage, and walk alongside you through fatherhood. Wherever you are in your journey, your mentor will meet you there with practical guidance and genuine support.
Build practical skills and confidence for every part of early fatherhood, from supporting your partner through pregnancy and caring for a newborn to understanding child development, strengthening relationships, navigating co-parenting, managing finances, and handling the everyday responsibilities of family life.
As you invest in becoming a stronger father, Bro-Gram invests in you and your family. Your participation can earn you access to free diapers, wipes, children’s clothing, hygiene items, car seats, gas cards, and other practical resources to support your family along the way.
Connect with other dads who are learning, growing, and navigating fatherhood right alongside you. Share experiences, ask questions, encourage one another, and build genuine friendships with men who understand the joys and challenges that come with being a dad.
Put fatherhood into action through hands-on activities, special events, and practical learning experiences created specifically for dads. Build confidence, strengthen your skills, and discover new ways to connect with and care for your family.

You don’t have to navigate what comes next on your own. Vida’s Bro-Gram connects you with an experienced mentor who can listen to what you’re facing, talk through your questions, and help you move forward with greater confidence and support.
Here are a few additional steps you can take right now:
Yes! Dads, spouses, partners, and other support persons are welcome to attend appointments alongside mom and participate in learning opportunities together.
Yes! Your child’s mother does not need to be a Vida client for you to participate in Bro-Gram. Expectant dads and fathers of children ages 0–3 can receive support independently, regardless of whether their child’s mother receives services at Vida. Bro-Gram is here to support you in your role as a father.
Yes! Your child is always welcome to come with you to your appointment! Free onsite childcare may also be available, depending on volunteer availability, giving you the opportunity to focus on your time with your mentor.
Yes. Your privacy matters to us. Visits to Vida are confidential, and the information you share with our team is treated with care and respect. We want Vida to be a place where you can ask questions, talk openly about what you’re experiencing, and receive support without judgment.
Fatherhood starts before your baby arrives, and support can too! You can begin Bro-Gram as soon as there is a positive pregnancy test. If you are already parenting at least one child under the age of 3, you are welcome to join the Bro-Gram at any time!
Fatherhood changes quickly during the first few years, and new questions and challenges come with every stage. That’s why you can continue participating in Bro-Gram until your youngest child turns 3, giving you ongoing access to mentorship, practical education, resources, and community along the way.
Vida’s Bro-Gram is available at all of our Parent Support Services locations in Appleton, Oshkosh, and Green Bay. See the bottom of this page for addresses and operating hours.
