Vida Medical Clinic has nurses who conduct free one-on-one labor and delivery classes for expectant moms. You do not need to be a patient in the clinic to take advantage of these free classes. Our nurses will provide information on the normal, natural process of labor and birth. They will also cover healthcare practices that support a natural birth plan.
