Pregnancy is filled with lots of uncertainty. Vida Parent Support Services offers a parent education/material support program where moms and/or dads are matched up with a mentor who will support them and provide one-on-one lessons on topics like:

• First, second, and third trimester education
• Nutrition during pregnancy
• Labor and delivery education
• Infant hygiene and care
• Postpartum depression and emotions
• Breastfeeding education

We also offer one-on-one consultation with a:

• Vida Medical Clinic nurse who conduct free one-on-one labor and delivery classes for expectant moms. 
• Vida certified lactation counselor who provides free one-on-one breastfeeding education and lactation consultation.

While learning, moms and/or dads will earn credit, which can be spent in the Little Dear Boutique (our in-house store.) Our boutique has items like strollers, diapers, wipes, clothing, baby shampoo, formula, and other hygiene items for parents. If you are in need of gas, bus tickets, food or housing, we can help connect you to other community resources too.
